Syndicate is built by four people. We met working on pump.fun, and between us we've also shipped at Kraken, Ledger, MoonPay and Figment. Now we're building the place you trade together.
What we're building
Syndicate is trading for groups. Pool money into a shared vault, hand the seat to the friends who trade best, and set the limits they trade within. Every fill shows up with a name on it.
One balance covers launches, tokens, perps and prediction markets. Your group's record is public, so anyone can see how you've done and back you. Then you take it into the league.
Syndicate is non-custodial. We never hold your keys or your funds, and the people trading for your group only get the authority you grant them.
Why we're building it
Social trading today is solo trading with a group chat on top. A caller posts a thesis, followers copy the trade, and everyone gets in and out at a different price. Whoever copies late carries the risk.
There's no record to check, either. Nobody can see what a caller's picks actually returned for the people who followed them, so attention goes to the loudest voice and scams are easy to miss until it's too late.
Traditional finance solved this decades ago. Back a fund and there's nothing to copy. You're in every trade the moment it's made, and its record shows what it has returned for its backers. Syndicate brings that to everyone. Back the traders you believe in, be in their trades from the first fill, and judge them on a record anyone can see.
