What is Syndicate?

Updated

Syndicate is a trading app. From one account you can trade crypto tokens, perpetual futures and prediction markets. You can also follow other traders and see what they hold.

The app is built around syndicates. A syndicate is a shared pool of money. Its operators trade the pool, and other people can back it with a deposit of their own. Every syndicate has a public page that shows its rules and its record.

What you can trade

  • Tokens. Your cash is USDC on Solana. Trades on other chains are routed from that cash when you place them.
  • Perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. Most track crypto prices. Some track stocks, such as Tesla.
  • Prediction markets from Polymarket. Each one asks a yes-or-no question about a future event.

The Discover page sorts these into tabs for perps, predictions, crypto, stocks and trending memecoins. Browse markets.

One cash balance

You see one cash number. Money that sits on Hyperliquid or Polymarket counts toward the same total, so you do not have to add up balances across venues.

You sign in with email, Google or Apple. Your first sign-in creates two wallets for you through Privy, one for Solana and one for EVM chains. Your own device signs your trades. Read how custody works.

The social side

Every trader has a public profile. It shows their holdings, their recent activity, who follows them and who they follow.

You choose who sees your trades: everyone, only your followers, or nobody. Wallet transaction hashes and swap details stay private to you either way.

You can post about a position and tag a ticker. Posts cannot be edited, so an update is a new post.

There is a public leaderboard. It ranks points earned from actions in the app and from referrals. It does not rank trading returns.

Syndicates

A syndicate has two roles. Operators trade the pool. Backers deposit into it and can withdraw their share later. The pool's trading rules and its record are public, so anyone can look before they join. Read how syndicates work.
